How to correctly fill siwes logbook during industrial training period

SIWES (Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme) logbook is the official record of your activities and learning during your industrial training. Use it to document dates, tasks performed, equipment or software used, and the skills you developed — write clearly and professionally, keep entries chronological, and use past tense for completed work.

For each entry include the date, a concise description of the task, tools/materials used, the outcome or result, any challenges and how you addressed them, and the time spent; end entries with your supervisor’s signature or stamp where required. What is the SIWES Logbook for?

What Each Logbook Page Contains
