📌 Important Notes
- Baseline UTME score: Minimum 120 required across all schools and departments.
- Departmental preference: Some courses (e.g., Mass Communication, Computer Science) set higher requirements between 140–160.
- Admission process: Meeting the cut‑off mark qualifies candidates for the post‑UTME screening (e.g., written test, O’‑Level verification, interview).
- Change annually: Cut‑off marks may shift based on programme demand, screening performance, and available slots.
📌 What You Should Do
- Ensure your UTME score is ≥ 120 (or higher if you’re targeting competitive courses).
- Register and participate in the post‑UTME screening once forms are released.
- Submit all required certificates (O’‑Level, JAMB) and check portal for admission updates.
- Prepare for possible higher departmental thresholds if aiming for popular or competitive courses.
